Comprised of 5 operating divisions, Cramer Decker serves 5 wholly
separate and distinct industries: Industrial Gas and Cryogenic—Propane—Scuba
Diving and Recreational Water Sports—Medical Respiratory—Emergency Response.
Our 5 operating divisions share the commonality
of 3 gas containment and delivery product categories—valves,
regulators and cylinders—which represent the synergistic core of our
diverse businesses. As a result, Cramer Decker is the largest single
consumer of these products in North America.
Valves, regulators and cylinders are the foundation upon which Cramer
Decker's more than 11,000 diverse and specialized products have been
developed and produced for each of its businesses, products which
range from machined brass components to sewn soft goods, from
underwater diving computers to medical oxygen devices.
Cramer Decker's warehousing and
distribution facilities are located strategically throughout the
United States, and we utilize both domestic and international third
party distributors for our brands and products.
Cramer Decker's operating divisions not only market, distribute and
sell our 16 proprietary brands to various industries, Cramer Decker
also markets and distributes a multitude of complimentary third party
brands and products. As a result, Cramer Decker uniquely supplies its
various markets with the greatest breadth of product offering
available, with the largest product inventories in each of the
industries that our businesses serve.
